Submit a ticket to our support team using the widget and specific Securitize iD KYC in the issue type. In the details, let us know you have the two documents ready and we will send you a secure and encrypted link to upload:

1. The same POI used to create your Securitize iD account
2. A Selfie of your face holding your POI

Ensure that the photo's and data in the POI are readable for our review.
