Part 1: Verifying your KYC or KYB

Completing your KYC (“Know Your Customer”) or KYB (“Know Your Business”) is required by regulators in order to buy, sell, or hold EXOD tokens on Securitize Markets. Click here for a step-by-step guide to completing your KYC or KYB.

Part 2: Submitting the Suitability Questionnaire

The Suitability Questionnaire is required to be completed in order to trade EXOD tokens on Securitize Markets. It is not required to hold EXOD tokens in your wallet. For more information on completing your Suitability Questionnaire, click here. 

Part 3: Completing the Accreditation Application (Optional)

You can apply for accreditation if you would like to at any time. It is not required to buy, sell, or hold EXOD tokens, as Exodus raised funds under a Reg A exemption with the SEC. Click here for more information on the Accreditation process. 

Part 4: Authorizing Prime Trust as the Custodian

Securitize Markets has partnered with Prime Trust for custodial services. Prime Trust is responsible for the safekeeping of cash held in Securitize Markets accounts. For more information on Prime Trust click here. In order to trade EXOD on Securitize Markets, you must authorize Prime Trust to serve as Custodian. Part 5: Linking your Securitize iD with your Exodus account 

Through your Exodus account, you can link your Securitize iD. This allows your Exodus wallet to be linked with your Securitize iD. Linking your Exodus wallet to your Securitize iD allows your EXOD tokens to move from one account to the other. Click here for more information. 

Part 6: Registering Your Wallet

Your Exodus wallet can be linked after you link your Securitize iD with your Exodus account. However, if you would like to link another Algorand wallet, click here. 

Part 7: Congratulations! You are ready to trade EXOD!
