- A Selfie holding the Proof of Identity you used to create your account
- Acceptable Forms of Proof of Identity per Jurisdiction
- United States
- Passport
- Drivers License
- State ID
- European Union
- Passport
- National Identity Card
- Worldwide (not EU or US)
- A passport is the only accepted form of identification
Second, Create a Support Ticket
- Login to Securitize iD: http://id.securitize.io
- Click on the Support widget
- Enter your details
- Type of Issue: Email change
- Details: Confirm you have uploaded your proof of identity to the secure link
Once you have submitted your information and logged a ticket, our support team will be able to review your request.
