If you would like to change the address on your account, our support team will require additional details from you. Please follow the instructions below to request a change to the address on your account.
First, Submit Proof of Identity and Proof of Address
Securitize will need proof of your identity in order to change your address, as well as proof of the new address. Send the following documents via the following secure link: https://securitize.sendsafely.com/dropzone/clientops
- Photo of your ID that you used to create your account

- A Selfie holding the same ID
- Proof of Address (PoA) document with your new address:

- A PoA is an official document issued on company or government letterhead confirming your address, such as: an electric or water bill, a bank statement, or a recently filed tax return. The PoA must be dated within 90 days and contain the following information:
* Full name (must match the name on the account)
* Complete physical address (PO Boxes are not accepted)
* Date the document was issued within 90 days
Second, Create a Support Ticket

Login to Securitize iD: http://id.securitize.io
- Click on the Support widget
- Enter your details
- Type of Issue: Address change
- Details: Confirm you have uploaded your proof of identity and proof of address to the secure link
Once you have submitted your information and logged a ticket, our support team will be able to review your request.
